I can't find much on Raven, Jennings, Davis, Lorcin, etc. Did insurance premiums finally do them in? Thanks.

Some are gone. Name, owner, and location changes kept some alive.

    Check here for more information:
People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.

            Some info here, too:

You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.
            Come on...what harm??

Haha yup. Turners had their gun on sale not too long ago. "Gunwebsites" made a video on youtube recently talking about all the different companies & their history.

Jim Waldorf the owner of Lorcin Engineering -- what a loser. Production control was so lax at his company that more than 5,700 guns were stolen over a two year period. Waldorf and his plant manager John Davis deserved a long stay in prison over that one!
