    help on glock part

    Needed some help, I just broke this part from my glock, and I dont know what this part called, could you guys help me out? thanks.

    Looks like you've circled the ejector (my guess a 9mm) but its part of a larger part. Google says trigger mechanism housing with ejector. Try any of the major Glock parts distributors for a replacement. Part of the beauty of Glock, parts are readily available.

      That's the "trigger housing with ejector" part, and differs by caliber: #1896 = .357 Sig & .40 Auto; #8203 = 10mm & .45 Auto; and #322 = 9mm.

                I'll bet a dollar on shooting wolf ammo.

                Second guess is that he often ejects unfired rounds - which are a lot heavier and can beat up your ejector.
                If it was a snake, it would have bit me.

                  Either that, or he made a mistake on placing the slide on without locking onto the rails.

                    Short of taking a hammer to it, I'll bet your diagnosis is the correct one.
