I want to get one, I need to go the sse route though right? I saw some posts saying that you didn't have to because it is a 9 round magazine so I wanted to double check.

If I have to do a sse so do I have to find someone selling one and have them ship it to the ffl doing the ss conversion, or how does that part work? I know there are some local shops that do sse. Thanks.

The Springfield Armory XDM-45 Compact is not on the Roster of Handguns Approved for Sale.

Therefore, it will need to be transferred via SSE.

The Springfield Armory XDM-45 series and Springfield Armory XD-45 series uses the same magazines.
