10-8 rear sight
10-8 hammer? I think Hilton makes these solid duckbill-ish hammers.
10-8 flat trigger
Colt Government slide w/ vertical CS? Weird because he has an external extractor.

Definitely caught my attention and was wondering if any 1911 gurus can provide more insight.

Probably a 10-8 custom by Hilton... he's known for doing complete guns using Caspian slide with external extractor.
