Thanks for your feedback. They are the factory wood grips, cherry I think, not just cheap plastics. They feel good to shoot but I am actually debating getting these:http://www.opticsplanet.com/hogue-si...zed-26164.html.

If you go with the clear ones, I recommend the glossy grips. I got the matte ones at first and they didn't look right. The glossy ones as seen in my pic look much better to me.

Stainless models are completely stainless, including the frame. Unlike the nitron models, where only the slides are stainless.

Pretty much, although they do now have a Stainless model that is all stainless steel and nitron. Its rather new though.
