    Smaller grips for 686

Can someone recommend smaller grips for my S&W 686? I have the rubber grips from the factory but it is too big for my hands. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

What grips does it have now? Some come with Hogue grips

    some with the "batman" grips.

I personally favor the Miculek grips

Use grips that expose the backstrap, that should feel smaller and give better reach to the trigger.

I have Ahrends Retro Combats on mine. They leave the backstrap uncovered so the reach to the trigger is shorter.

"Batman" grips? Sounds dark and mysterious. I might feel safer handling "bantam" grips, however.

Spegal makes killer grips. They take a long time to get and cost a good amount but they are worth it.

Some follow up questions. Are the "batman" grips any smaller than the OEM hogues? What about the pachyderm ones or the hogue one piece? I love the look of the wood ones but, not sure about comfort or durability.
