    Taurus PT92 B Variant

    Hello All,

I recently DROS'd a used PT92 and will be getting it out of "jail" on Wednesday. I entered the serial number on Taurus's website and it came back as a PT92B. I have googled and searched what the "B" stands for, Most PT's I come across the web have the "AF" or "AFS" designation.

Anyone know what the "B" is for? The Taurus site says it was made in 1994. Also the gun was sold without magazines. I assume it was because they were probably 17 round capacity. I click on the "learn more" link but it just takes me to the current PT model available.

Thank you for any information you can provide.

I see. So does that mean when I use the decocker it blocks the pin?
