I noticed some dealer has been selling a bunch of NOS Long Eagle single shot pistols on gun broker and they look tempting. I have never fired any of the single shot pistols chambered in rifle cartridges, so I have no idea how much fun/pain it would be to shoot. Anyway, there's a lot of info on the T/C Encore but little on the Lone Eagle. Anyone know how these pistols shoot? Are they suited to metallic pistol shooting? I've entertained thought of shooting silhouett (spelling?) .
