    Ruger Awsomeness!

Yesterday I took my SR9c to the range and put about 500 rounds through it which brings the grand total to 5,000 (give or take a little) and only 1 jam to date! It was a shooters error and my girlfriend did it lol. Just thought id share my experience with Rugers, to all those Ruger haters well you can kiss my brass!

Rugers are built to last. Performance wise, I have had no major issues. My SR9 is one of my most reliable pistols to shoot.

I like to start new shooters off with that one. Enjoy your Ruger.

Glad you are enjoying the Ruger. Great value, very easy to shoot and an overall good performing firearm. Not what I call sexy but fun to shoot and from what I can tell pretty reliable.

Great to hear. I have only been to the range once with my SR9c. So far, so good. Love the trigger.

            Ruger!

Whenever someone asks my opinion on a reasonably priced dependable handgun the first word out of my mouth is Ruger. In my neck of the woods you can get a BNIB P95 w/rail for $280. How can you beat that? The SR series of guns are priced well also. Lifetime warranty w/great customer service, dependable, and good looking. What else is there..

I own and have owned several Rugers and they have all been good to me. As for CS I have called in for a couple of small replacement parts that I damaged or lost and they have sent them to me for free . The only regret I have is I sold my SR9c to buy a EMP I didn't think I needed 2 compacts but I really do miss the 9c. I will be getting another in the future. I'm glad to see your enjoying your Ruger.

I knew redhemi, morfeeis would be posting here.

My P90 cost 1/2 to 1/3 of most of my other guns, and yet - is my best shooter (wrt tight groups). Not pretty, but form follows function.

Beauty = reliability. I rented a P90 at a range in Texas (the only gun they had) and it was literally beat to heck, the stainless barrel was completely black - it rattled, yet shot straight and no issues with 150 rounds.

Don't forget that Ruger has IMO, the best Customer Support of any brand. Yes, no warantee from factory, but that's policy, and why they GIVE you a Davidson's lifetime warantee with the gun. (Be sure to fill that out...)

And they make some fine wheelguns.. But you all knew that.

                        .

Years ago , my agency was using Ruger Police Service Six revolvers.

                          They took a beating from 110+P+ 38's to 125 Remington .357 magnums.

Smith and Wesson K frames and Pythons would be destroyed from that kind of use.
