Have had an order in for some 9mm since end of March. Tried to get through on phone number listed on invoice and it goes unanswered; likewise with email inquiries. Think they may have gone under. Anyone know for sure what their status is? Hate to think they made off with my money. Probably too late to dispute credit card payment.

Came across these reviews which were not very flattering. I get the impression the company is on the ropes if not already belly up.

I've been following this story for months now.
What a mess.
I guess I'm too old school. Even if the guy got so overloaded, so far behind, he should have maintained good communication with his customers.
Absent a major illness or death in the family, there's no excuse in my book.
I hope nothing but the best to those who have loss money in this debacle.

Yeah a few people were thinking of showing up at their gun show booth, buying what they want, and when presented with the bill, say, "Oh yeah, I already paid you, and here's my credit card receipt to prove it." Selling over the counter at shows when there are those who've been waiting as long as four months is beyond poor business practice...
I cancelled my March order about a month ago. Someone I know finally got, wait for it.... half his order after four months, but doesn't care if he gets the rest. Why? FTFs and FTEs... Not good.Last edited by kb58; 07-16-2012, 7:46 PM.Comment

I'm in Reno...i can drop by and see if they are open.
FYI...i have ordered from the 5 times and always gotten my ammo but only after a looooong wait. Also I have never had any issues with the ammo quality wise.

Well after stopping by their new facility I can confirm they are not out of business (Yet) They literally moved to the building next to their old. The front door was locked for some reason. After being let in I instantly heard the phone ringing and it didn't stop the short time I was there. The woman ignored it and when I gave her the "stare" like go get the phone she replies If I answered I'd be on the phone all day.
They have a whopping 4 employes Chris himself who looks well fed to say the least, his wife?, some teenager, and a Hispanic woman. I got a quick tour until I said the reason why I was there then I was shown my way out.
There is no way in hell they are going to catch up this year or next.
