They have one at my local shop it's an off roster 1911 in Ca but im
Currently living in Texas.Well they have it brand new with a laser from sig for 799$ it seems like a good deal any of you guys have any experience with this 1911?

That's a pretty good deal. For comparison, Cal Arms in Ontario had one for I believe $1200 (also with the laser). MSRP is $1213, but yes, off roster in Cali. They go for about $899 in Gunbroker as well..
