DC McDuffie's custom OM Blackhawk

I traded into this Vaquero-ized OM Blackhawk recently.



I had no information on the gun, except for the "DC McDuffie" on the backstrap and the Masonic emblem on the grip. I did a little Internet searching, but came up empty. I'm pretty sure Brian Cosby did the remodel on the gun. Ironically, I was looking for some grips with a 44spl case head inlet in them and came up with a link to the auction at Little John's Auction House where the gun was sold in May(that's the link at the top of my post). I figure it's a long shot, but since the gun was auctioned in CA, I thought I'd check to see if DC McDuffie is a personal friend of anyone here. And, if so, maybe I could get a little info. If not, I hope someone enjoys seeing Mr McDuffie's gun.

Kinda neat---I don't know who McDuffie is either, but I am a sucker for most SAs---especially Old Models.
