30 day wait and PPT Question

Sorry but I couldn't find the thread on this one.

I bought a handgun less than 30days ago. My buddy (active military) just bought a handgun last week and found a better LEO deal on a different model he wants more.

Can I PPT sell mine and buy his gun PPT from him and can he then go out and buy another handgun or do we both have to wait out the 30 day period?

Are there any restrictions on him flipping his so quickly as well?

You don't have the worry about the 30 days as you are buying his gun via PPT...

He would have to wait 30 days to purchase another unless he is exempt or one of the guns was/will be a PPT.
