    Revolver for me

I'm thinking about a revolver for CCW summer carry. I want something small(ish) as I will probably carry it SOB in a tuckable holster (IF I can find one I like that is).

I'd like something in .357 but hammerless. The S&W mod 640 looks good but there's the internal lock issue.

What other mfg's have revolvers in this style platform that are worthwhile for CCW?

Note: I am NOT interested in the airweight/scandium revolvers. I have my personal reasons.

    I'm geting my wife a Ruger SP101.

Low profile for easy carry, but enough weight so that all the recoil doesnt transfer to your hand.

I have a 640 with about 1500 rounds thru it, it does have the lock and I have had no issues with it. When I go to the range with it I will shoot 50 to 100 thru it each time, after a good cleaning I move the lock back and forth and leave it in unlocked pos. I also have lasser grips on it.
