Help with Bipod mount S&W PC 460XVR

What is the best way to mount a bipod to a Smith and Wesson Performance Center 460 XVR with a 10.5" barrel? I just bought one and it is still in jail, want to be ready when it is released. Does a standard Harris bipod work in the sling mount? Should you beef it up some how?

Is that a Harris Bipod? Or which one is it?

Looks like standard Harris. If you go that route, make sure you get the "S" model (for swivel). It is very handy to be able to tilt it.

Also, use a drop of Loctite on the threads (blue, so it's not permanent) as the bipod tends to loosen up a bit under recoil, most likely due to the smaller contact area than it would be with a rifle stock.
