Springfield XD spring replacement schedule?

I was doing some maintenance research for a used Beretta 92FS that I just bought and it got me wondering: when do I need to replace the springs on my Springfield XD?

The XD was bought used and I'm the third or fourth owner. It looks heavily used, but I don't have any idea what the round count is.

I have yet to experience any FTEs with it and it seems to cycle just fine.

Is there a way I can tell when I need to replace the recoil spring?

Are there any other springs or parts I should look into replacing while I'm at it?

If you are the 3rd/4th owner and the gun looks heavily used, I would probably just swap it out anyway so you know where you're at.
