    Searching for a gun

So, I have a challenge. I am searching for a specific handgun, and I am really struggling. I have found a couple on Gunbroker, but I will be honest, it is very difficult for me to purchase not only sight unseen, but more so from someone I have never had ANY contact with whatsoever. So when you are looking for something specific, how do you go about searching?

It is posted there. I was just wondering if there were any sites, or tips anyone can give me in my search. I am not trying to find it through this thread, in fact I am looking for a couple of things and wondered how you guys searched for stuff.

I personally would not purchased a used firearm withoug actually inspecting it myself. If it is claimed to be NIB, then I go ahead and buy it online.. If it is used then a FTF is the better thing to do... Hope this helps you out..

Your best friend would be good ol' fashion patience. With today's technologies of instance meals in minutes, Starbuck drivethru's and overnight shipping we as a society want everything as like yesterday. Got to get it now! With firearms this is not true. You have to get out there and visit every ma & pa shop, post flyers of what you are looking for at local shooting ranges & clubs and remember not everybody in on the WWW. Good luck and don't give up with your search.

Elite Deal Seeker has a real time listing of most of the gunboards.

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...?Item=89564446 Here's a new one on gunbroker, 20 hours left. Buying new on gunbroker should be a problem. Check the sellers feed back. Mark
