    Addiciton or dedication?

Day 12 since I picked up my sig p226 and I've pushed the round count to exactly 1k today. Finally figured out my grip around ~950 rounds and was about to hit everything within the first circle from bulls eye at 30 feet. I guess practice does make perfect but this is getting too expensive at this rate. Glad the 22lr conversion is on route.

i dont see a problem, ive had mine for 10 days now and have put over 400 rounds though it. it would be higher but i am extremely broke. I might sell my gory sg43 kit to finance a few thousand rounds.

ps... i want to see pics....NOW! Ive always wanted to use this.

What do you want pics of? :P Just cleaned it and wiped it down with a silicone/gun cloth and it's standing up right now air drying. The gun looks surprisingly new (at least I thought I would see some wear from 1k rounds). Frame itself looks brand spanking new. I see some wear on the barrel but nothing significant. Few Slide is pretty good condition and also not a single FTF or FTE out of those 1000 rounds!

If you're not holstering it or wear rings on your fingers, it'll stay looking new. The barrel and frame rails is where most of the mileage usually shows on Sigs.

If you stop shooting for a day, and you get withdrawal symptoms, then you're addicted.

                        Enjoy!

950 to figure out your grip, I think you need another 1k just to make sure.
dedication or addiction only time will tell, time that could be used shooting.

Go for it! It took me a lot more than that to get my grip right in USPSA shooting.
