Tired, dirty, and sore, but very happy.

                Notes to Self:
                • You cannot bring too much water to a BLM shoot (thirsty is not happy)
                • Don't assume anyone is going to bring anything (bring your own targets)
                • Time to start looking at canopies (it's June and already hot out)
                • Time to start reloading (or buying reloads)

                Can't wait till next time....

if you're going to BLM's, pick up a few of these or other types of reactive targets:

that way you don't have to constantly cease fire and fix/replace tore up targets

                  i'd also bring these:

I went out with steel targets for the first time yesterday out to my BLM spot and all I had to stop for was reloading mags and picking up brass at the end.

Don't want to shoot anything but steel now... Was really fun.

Jeez, is that all you are taking? I would think you would have more than that...

I have decided that 5 mags is a minimum for 9mm and higher, 10 mags for .22LR. This way, I can hold a full box of ammo in magazines.

This makes it easier to prepare for the range, and easier to focus on improving between shots when shooting (as I am not worried about reloading, as soon as I start shooting).
