    @work, bored, GUN PICS

    For your pleasure and mine

    Ruger MKIII 22/45, removed magazine disconnect, VQ target sear & trigger, Primary Arms red dot.

    Factory Glock 19. This pic is a little old, I've since polished the extractor & slide release as well as replaced the slide cover plate with a chrome one. Also put in a smooth G17 trigger assembly. Gun still functions 100% stock, just the way I like it. It looks awesome, maybe I'll get some pics up when I'm home.

    That's actually it for now.. pictures that is. I wanna show off the Hi-Point 995TS too I'm gonna have to take some more pictures!

            It's great it's held its zero perfectly for a good year of weekly use now. I have to whack the upper pretty hard a few times too in order to get the barrel off of the frame which I do after every trip for cleaning. I always just leave the red dot on and it's always zero'd once everythings back together. The dot isn't absolutely flawless & crisp, however it's way better than the BSA crap I had and it's more than crisp enough for any gun really. The brightness settings are actually distinguishable from one another and I must say it gets pretty bright. The only negative really is that you can notice the emitter @ the ~5oclock position when looking thru the tube, but it doesn't get in the way of acquiring targets. I still think iron sights are faster than a red dot tho. I can make 1-2 inch hole at 15 yards all day tho with the RD

              That's good to hear. I was considering that or a TRS-25 until I find a good deal on an Aimpoint H-1 or T-1.

                    Nice pics! Primary Arms RDS are good to go. A friend of mine has one and loves it. The quality is excellent for the price.
