OD Green Ruger P95

Long story short, painted my Ruger green.


Long story long? I've always wanted a gun in OD green, there is something about that color that I drool over. So I decided I'd paint my P95. First off let me tell you other P95 owners who plan on taking apart your gun, DON'T. Unless you have any clue what you are doing. I thank goodness am a genius. No really though unless you've worked on guns before, I do not suggest you taking apart every piece, spring, pin on the weapon. Painted the gun with the Krylon Camo that every one loves which I too now love. Next is my shotgun.

I was going to, but decided to let it blend in with the slide and match the trigger. Maybe I'll photoshop and give it a try.

I too am partial to OD. I'm about to set up a large oven so I can do my own Cerakote. To this point I have 3, going on 4 guns in OD, but they were all done with Cerakot air-dry which is not a durable. Nice looking guns everybody!

Looks really good. I got mine in stainless because I thought the blued slide looked a little weird on the black frame. But if they had this color scheme from the factory I woulda bought it this way. Good job.
