So far no CC9 or VP9CC on the roster, hopefully that'll happen soon!

CC9 is eminent. just a WAG, it's a function of can HK USA make guns for a launch in CA. AFAIK the CC9 isnt even all that readily available in free states.

the VP9CC will probably be the same thing. can HK Germany make guns for CA. it's path to the roster shouldnt be an issue given it's functionally a VP9

HK is an arms company, not a gun company. They don’t really care about the civilian market. This also contributes to why their prices are so high.

H&K - "You are a civilian, because you suck, we hate you" LOL

That mentality changed during the 2018 timeframe when H&K almost filed for bankruptcy due to excessive debt. Losing military contracts due to their G36 melting during the Middle East conflicts, illegal arms export, tight German arms export law, etc. The US civilian market saved their skin by moving manufacturing facility to US. They still prefer military or LEO contracts, but they no longer hate us, just despise us now. 😆

HK hate civilians so much that they secretly signed the same Clinton agreement that almost destroyed Smith & Wesson. The massive boycott led to S&W being sold for $15 million a few months after signing the agreement.

HK's secret signing wasn't known till much later and everyone just shrugged it off.

After owning the VP9L the past year, I am pretty much over H&K plastic pistols. It's the most "meh" pistol in my safe. Not terrible, but not good. Basically a slightly more streamlined G17 that looks better but I don't get all of the H&K hype at all. I have half a dozen other pistols that impress me way more that cost less.
So if the CC9 ever makes the roster here, I won't care and won't buy one.

Never mind actually shoot, but I don’t know how anybody can hold a PDP or an M&P 2.0 and then go and buy any HK pistol.

My PDP Compact has an excellent grip. So does my Beretta PX4 Storm that has been Langdonized. The VP9 isn't bad, it feels ok, better than the Glock, but that's not saying much as my Glock really is like gripping a 2x4.
The primary issue I have with the VP9 is it's needless internal complexity, typical German over engineering, too many parts put together in a very convoluted and complex way. It was expensive, I don't shoot it particularly well,
removing the mag disconnect was way too complex and involved.

I just don't get all of the H&K hype? Seems like a lot of people buy the image more than the actual gun. I'm far more excited to get an Echelon soon.
