Glock 35 trigger in Glock 19

I was doing a total strip of my Glock 19 when I found my original Glock 35 trigger in my tool box. I have replaced my 35's trigger with a Fulcrum drop in kit so this one is just spare. I have never been a fan of the serrated trigger of the 19 and I know the 35's stock is smoother and a little more "tuned" than the 19's.

Is there any reason I can't drop in my old 35 trigger into my 19? Everything fits right and seems to operate correctly but before I take it to the range I'd like some input as to whether I am missing something.
I know the 9mm/.40 difference may be an issue but I am looking at the gun all put together and everything seems like it looks right.

The only real difference is ejector housing if you took everything out as a single unit.

The trigger/bar/connector will all work fine.

there is nothing more tuned with the g35 trigger. drop it in to your 19 and it will be fine. it's a common mod as most people like the smooth trigger on the full sized guns.

What he said. G35 has a .40 ejector, G19 is 9mm. It'll work over 50% of the time, but not all the time. so, swap out the ejector for 9mm, and you'll be fine.

Other than that, the only difference between stock G19 and G35 triggers is the transfer bar. G19 uses their 5# one, G35 is 4#.

The ejectors are different, 40S&W is straight, the 9mm is bent. May or may not run, or just change the ejector, it pulls straight out. The connector on a G35 is the '3.5lb' where the G19 is the standard '5lb', everything else is identical.

I prefer the smooth trigger as well. I swapped mine out as soon as I bought it. I also switched to a 3.5# connector. Big improvement IMO.

Well I went to the range and everything worked fine. AND didn't get a single piece of brass to the head (happened about 1 in 100 rounds before). The trigger in nothing revolutionary but smoother none the less.

YES, why mess with the .40 trigger just get the smoth G17.. I also sanded down the safe action trigger in the middle so that its 100% flush with the rest of the trigger when its being depressed. Works perfect and feels so much better

Would a G22 trigger work in a G23? I assuming the difference is the minimal if at all considering the caliber is the same? Or is the G35 trigger better than all other glocks?

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question..not too familiar with Glocks.

Glock triggers are all the same, except for the serrated part. A G22 will work in a G23. If you switch between .45acp, 40S&W, and 9mm, you should change the ejector. The only thing different about a G34/G35/G17L and a G24 is the 3.5lb connector. You can just buy that separately and put it in your G23.
