    first time with sigma 40

So today I shot my new sigma 40 at the range. I don't have a lot of experience shooting yet but I noticed that my shots where about 5" below my aim. When I shoot my xd9 my shots if not dead on they are 1-2" off. Like I said not a lot of shooting time. What could be making my shots with the sigma so off? If it is just practice that's fine. Just want to see if maybe something wrong with gun like sights or barrel. Thanks

Some are real easy to do, others not so much. Depends on whether the sear is pinned or not. if the sear is pinned you can't disasemble for polishing.

The trigger jobs jobs on you tube don't show the pinned sears.

did you make sure the sights are on target? Don't go modifying the gun so fast.

Mindwreck.. if you mean if I was lining up the Target with the sights then yes. I would be aiming at a number and the shot would be about 5 or 6" low. I don't want change the trigger yet. Just trying to figure out if it is me not use to that gun or if something is wrong with the gun.
