i like to think of them as our 21st century hi-power, the original cz75b is similar to the HP and the new generation of SP-01s and P-07 pistols w/ beavertails and rails are really giving the polymer kings a run for their money.

i do wish they came with better factory triggers though, that would be the one glaring weakness. otherwise a great pistol, great ergos, accuracy, and tough as hell.
the trigger on my phantom was a little heavy and notchy at first but after a few trips to the range it really smoothed out nicely. Now if its broke in and still notchy id send it to them. Theyre customer care is great compared to HK, Glock, or Springfield. Trust me ive been through hell and back with some of them

one thing i forgot to mention is that ultimately any CZ75 model besides the competition model, is a fighting handgun. Fighting handguns arent supposed to have nice triggers, although some have a better rep(1911) for trigger feel. This doesnt mean it cant be the gun you want. A trigger job on a 75 is fairly easy and would only run around $60. Tell the gunsmith what you want it to feel like, it is a very solid trigger assembly to work with
