    PPT dros question?

I think I will get more exposure in handgun section, ...

So if someone has a gun in their 10day waiting period, can I ppt it from them on day 2? Or do you have to wait for the 10day period and then ppt it to someone?

If I understand your question. It's not theirs to PPT to you until after the original DROS period and Party A takes possession.

even if you could -- that would make two consecutively running DROS clocks running on the same gun. That would confuse DOJ.

While in the 10 day waiting period, they do not technically own the gun yet (until they are approved and the state says they do.) So, no, you could not start a PPT from them until it is in their possession. Just meet up with them on day 10 (day 11 at some FFLs) and they can take possession and then sell to you and start a new PPT.
