in Armed Guard training they said "Do NOT carry anything but a bone stock trigger, because if you shoot someone, no matter what, some lawyer will say you really really didn't want to, it was just your Bubba lightened 'race trigger' that went off, and now you are trying to say it was intentional."

Sounds like that could work just fine on a jury against the Dept for any police shooting with a Sig 320, at least for an epic Civil Judgement AKA Ghetto Lottery.
