Did you have to take out the extractor pin first prior to punching the lci pin??

Yes, but unless you cut the existing LCI there's going to be an empty channel between the barrel and optic.

I just bought the OM slide from their website for $149 (free shipping and no sales tax), and you use your existing barrel & recoil spring. I like the look of this slide better (it kind of matches my G19 slide), it's easier to grab onto the front to rack it, and it has a RMR cut that doesn't require any adapter plate. I didn't want the Island upper since I didn't want the ported barrel, and I picked up the SI Comp Mass on sale for $70 for range/fun use, and it can be used one of my other G19's as well.

While I have no interest on one of these, I just saw that Turner's has them on an 'After Christmas' sale for $299.00.

I already have plenty of Glocks. But if I didn't, that's a nice price for what you get if it has Glock's reliability.

I thought the same too but I've always wanted a schumann type barrel and for $300, I decided why not! Soon I think these island barrels will be harder to obtain. I've always been curious if these SI MASS comp work. Maybe I may bite the bullet and get one.
