Anyone have or seen a Ca approved echelon with a lci? Thinking about putting a deposit on one but if the lci is large or looks something like sig does I'm going to pass. I've looked online and can't find any Pictures

I've not seen any pics of the CA model either. If SA does it like some of their other models (like the XD), it could interfere with the optics mounting.

So I agree. I see it on the roster, but am I correct in NOT seeing it on the Springfield website?

What actual firearm was approved by state inspection to get on the roster that is not worth putting on their website for consumer view?

I would imagine that S/A would probably modify the extractor, kinda like what Staccato did on the "HD P4" model.
          Then said He unto them...
"and he that hath no 1911 designed by my servant John Moses Browning,
let him sell his garment and buy one."
And they said, "Lord, behold, here are two Glocks."
And He said unto them, "Meh, it's a good start."

          Luke 22:36-38 (somewhat paraphrased)

The 4.0 compact comp and regular compact one is on roster now. Really want it but I kinda want the hellcat to replace my old shield 1.0

I have to say, based upon what I've seen, the Echelons look like cool guns. That said, you should consider the Walther PDP too. Same price, better trigger. I took delivery of my PDP compact the other day and it's a really impressive gun. And the LCI is tiny and the MDM doesn't seem to have negatively affected the best in class trigger.
just saying, the Echelons seem like a good, solid pistol also but the trigger isn't in the same league as the Walther from what I have read.

I just got one today. The LCI is just above the extractor on the side of the gun. Not on top. When a round is in the chamber it pops out slightly. Not very big at all. Now just got to wait my 10 days.

It's a good looking pistol, the slide contouring in width is really interesting. I will pick one up at some point but I already have so many full sized 9mm plastic pistols! How many does one need?
Let's see, I have Glock G17, H&K VP9L OR, Walther PDP, Beretta PX4 Storm, do I really need an Echelon? Opinions? I'm not carrying any of these, they are all just range toys, use a shotgun for HD.
Maybe I should get the M&P Metal, at least it wouldn't be another plastic pistol.

Echelon with large grip frame in O.D. The LCI is very small.

Anyone make it to the range with their Echelon yet?

Yes. Twice. Fired about 500 rounds between the 2 visits. Not one malfunction. Less felt recoil than my G19.

                          Great gun!

Any one have experience with both Echelon and Derya DY9? I know both are different.

I owned an Echelon and it is an excellent handgun with alot of good features and modularity. I shot well with it. If I wasn't so invested in Glocks I would probably still have it.
