    Shield Plus slide swap question

    Asking for verification.

Will the RED DOT READY slide for the Shield Plus swap directly on the roster approved Shield Plus (chamber indicator blocking the red dot cut location).
Before there was Polymer there was Accuracy.

yep. have it on mine at the moment. the only consideration is that the optic cut on the red dot ready slides is not and has not been exact. There are many documented instances of users seeing daylight between the optic and slide after optic has been installed. I have this exact issue. Some milling companies (CHPWS and others) offer a re-cut. The reason is that some users were running out of elevation when trying to zero their optic. My experience has been fine with leaving the optic ready slide as is. Does the daylight and not perfect fit bother me? A little. Is it enough to have the optic ready slide re-cut? Nope.

        You're mileage may vary...
