Looks cool, obviously still needs to be refinished. I don't like that some of the factory lettering is still visible on the last picture. Also the recessed cut out surrounding the four holes on the sides may not be perfectly parallel with the slide's original edges. Awesome concept though!

No offence, Not feeling it. I don't think the M&P will ever be an open gun, why make it look like it?

Could have had that silly factory warning milled off too IMO. Otherwise, interesting looking.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

I think it's still a work-in-progress, but looks interesting so far. Are you building this gun for somethiing specific (based on the ported barrel and the magwell, I'd assume it's for IPSC)? What else does your business do?

Tough crowd. Keep up the good work. Most people wouldnt have the ability or tools to take on such a task, so good for you.

I dont see why the negative feed back. I think it looks cool even if its not my cup of tea. I think its a great idea on how to be cost effective and still show off your companies work. Looking forward to some updated pics, keep up the good work. Best of luck to you and your company.

                      You hit my points. Weird.

Doesn't look parallel (edit: you addressed this above, it's perfect)
Out of the list of things your company did, I only see slide work and maybe a trigger job that required actual work. Everything else seems to be drop-in upgrades... Unless I'm misunderstanding.

This doesn't mean I don't like it, I do. Im interested in seeing the finished product. Keep goin!

                        Not my cup of tea...

I'd rather shoot this! The original!

But, more power to you! hope everything works out well.

                          I think it's a cool project!

Thinking outside the box (using the M&P as a project gun) is great! I can't wait to see the final product and see how it shoots!

The negative comments are just criticisms and opinions, they will help the OP along with the project, so it's all good. It's neat to see something move along step by step.

Anything that is just for fun is allowed some slack for not being aesthetically perfect, come on guys!

Can you take better pictures of the slide cuts?

What did your trigger job entail?
