    S&W Brings back model 586

    Hey guys,

I really like this revolver and i cant seems to find it on the CA handgun list. I doubt SW would submit it, or I might be mistaken and it is on there. Can anyone double check for me. If it's not is there anyway of legally buying it? Heres a link of the handgun

That SKU is 150909. It doesn't seem to be on the roster.

My LGS has the real deal in the case right now. A 586-1 for $550. No lock, no MIM, hammer mounted FP. I would go that way.

darn, I really hate Cali... I've always wanted a model 19 but those are so hard to come by. Usually there's a huge wait-list before you can even make an offer... I was hoping the 586 would be a nice runnier up... I guess my search continues...

Jump on it! I just got a 586 no dash, no "M", no lock for $550 a couple of months ago and it is awsome. The double action trigger on the older S&W revolvers is outstanding.
