Has anyone seen these things let alone held/shot one? I can't find a single video of it. Ive heard good things about the full sized chiappa ar-15's so I'm wondering if this is built good. For the price you can't beat it, And I want an ar pistol just for the hell of it. It would probably be just a "hey check this out" kinda thing. Last question is it ca legal?? 10 round mag, .22 caliber? link below. Thanks in advance.

In order to be CA legal, it needs a maglock + 10 round or less magazine.
This is needed so that it is no longer meets the definition of an assault weapon. [PC 30515(a)(4) & (5)]
In order to be transfered by a CA FFL dealer to a non-exempt person, it needs to be a dimensionally compliant single-shot pistol.
This is needed because it is not on the CA DOJ Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale.sigpic

im confused
.
There are even AR15 uppers that are dedictated .22 LR rimfire caliber and those rifles can possess all of the "evil features" you want because they are not a "semi-auto matic centerfire" rifle.
2.b. Rimfire rifles are not covered under PC 12276.1 and may have detachable magazines and evil features.
Don't forget you can get it too....FOR A PRICE!!Comment

It is a pistol with the mag out side of the grip, no exemption for pistols. If there where I would have no wife and an unruly amount of ruger chargers.Originally posted by rickey65No money is fine but perhaps he may learn how fast he will forget not to engage in fraudulent activities with good people.Comment

The rifle assault weapons laws deal with semi-auto centerfire rifles.
Rimfire rifles are exempt from the rifle assault weapon laws.
The handgun assault weapons laws deal with centerfire and rimfire semi-auto pistols.
Rimfire handguns are not exempt from the handgun assault weapon laws.
