I don't believe there is any difference between the SP-01 and 75B for grip fitment. I've swapped mine between my two guns and didn't notice anything at all that was different about the fitment.

In this picture, there are VZ grips on the SP-01 frame (purchased from CZ Custom) and Hogue G-Mascus Xtreme grips (purchased from Hogue's online store) on the 75B SA frame. I must admit, the Hogues fit better and feel a bit more solid. They WERE more expensive, but long term I think it may have been worth it. That's not to say the VZ Grips are bad!!! They are very nice and I was 100% happy with them until I got the Hogues, and now I'm like 95% happy with them

              I like these: http://czcustom.com/CZ_75-CZ_85-Thin...olo-Grips.aspx

I think they're a big improvement over the stock rubber grips for me. Even though they're not matching pieces, hence the cheaper price, they're really pretty; nice figure, almost a red in color. Thinner than the factory rubber, they also come in full checker as well.
