    G19 Gen4 question

So I have a friend at work who is looking to sell his G19 Gen4, and I was looking at picking it up (decent price). The issue is that would I be able to use it as CCW carry here in California since it is not on the "safe gun" list?

In short, PPTs are exempt from the roster.

I'm sure there are plenty of people packing old revolvers that are no longer on the roster.

      enjoy.

Thanks guys, I don't really want to shell out the $$ if I can't carry it!

No law against ccw'ing it. Untested in case law if some $&%# DA somewhere would try to make a thing out of it in the event of a shoot.

Whenever I've added guns to my permit I've only been asked maker/model/caliber/serial number.

The safe handgun roster only applies to the handguns a citizen may purchase or transfer through an FFL (PPTs exempted).

I'm adding mine to my license in the future.
