    New Hellcat Range Report.

Finally got to my desert range to try out my New Hellcat. Perfect day. 75 degrees. No wind. Nobody around for miles.

Spent the first hour picking up some SLOB shooter's trash. Unshot and pieces of clay pigeons, propane bottles, brass, some shot up spray pain cans, etc 🤬😡

Then pulled out the Hellcat. Open sights only. Didn't put the green dot on yet.

First impression was wow! I had heard bad things about the trigger. I found the complaints unfounded or I got good one.

No creep, crisp, consistent, predictable break, quick and short reset. No need for any work on it as far as my needs go.

Accuracy is excellent as long as I do my part. My skills are lacking right now as I haven't gotten much range time in the last year. Still able to keep everything on a paper plate target. Not great groups but that's my fault.

Recoil is tolerable. Not as bad as I was anticipating.

No malfunctions with any of the magazines after a 100 rounds.

Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Good to hear. I see them all the time in our local gun in our local gun stores. Nice looking pistols.

Good to hear. I have one in jail at the moment. Sportsman’s Warehouse had them $100 off with the optic and 5 magazines in stock. Couldn’t pass it up.

What was the price before taxes and DROS? I got mine at Turners at the end of Oct. for $599.00 plus Newscum's extortions fees.

C good... same price of $599 for the kit. I thought it was pretty reasonable.

Those are very appealing to me. Good to read a positive review on one.

I have one and the trigger is pretty damn nice! and the accuracy I was very impressed with irons, just for the cool factor (and I had it on the bench) I slapped a red dot on the pistol, it makes a very fast little pistol. It's a lot of fun to shoot!
