Think it is a little more complicated.

Under California law, these changes may disqualify the pistols from being listed on the California Handgun Roster unless they are tested by a certified handgun testing laboratory for compliance with all applicable requirements and features, found to comply with those requirements and features, and are approved for listing by the California Department of Justice.

I was at a Sportsman Warehouse the other day buying ammo and they had removed all CZ pistols from the showcase.

I also was at a Sportsmans Warehouse 11/09/24 and saw no CZ handguns. Didn't get a chance to ask about it.

Sad. Bought 4 cz's in the past few years. All are excellent. Two are now discontinued and two are unavailable in this stupid state.

I heard the the P10, the new P09 are going to be added in the near future. Will see if it is true.

Small victory that is allowing some new California additions.

We went to Scheels in Boise while visiting the kids and they literally had every CZ I’ve always wanted. Blue, Orange, you name it. I couldn’t rack the slides on any of them due to my current hand injury. I was able to lube my SP01 a month ago by inserting an empty magazine to lock the slide back and take it down.
