LCP Max Coming to California?

So cool with microstamping requirement thrown out and the new micro 9's in California compliant versions. Any hope that Ruger does the same with the LCP Max? I know .380 is for sissies but I kinda dig a 10 + 1 shot gun that weighs 10 ounces and fits in pretty much any pocket. Anyone have any rumors or statements from Ruger?

My EDC is a LCP II. Its so easy to carry in a pocket I never leave it behind. My P365 is more of a winter time or off body carry gun. Would love to have LCP Max.
