put any immovable object in the trigger guard push the gun foreward so it fires then the recoil will make the dowel or pen or whatever you want to use pull the trigger. fun for wasting ammo but I can pull the trigger faster on my own -

i was under the idea that you had to pull the trigger each time with your finger. isnt the board with a dowel video not kosher?----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Glocks are REALLY easy to bump fire, especially with the 3.5# trigger mods.... I can bump a G17 or G19 with out a dowel, just have to get the right hold on it, so the gun floats in your hand and rocks back n forth under recoil... Once you know the hold its pretty easy to do it at will...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3y2Cp0pKwA

It's probably been posted here before but I'd rather see a gentleman such as this man than a spray and pray dude carrying a board.

The dowel is perfectly legal; just not legal in California. According to BATFE as long as the trigger is actuate for every round fired then it's legal. This is why a rubber band around your finger and the trigger guard is legal, however a rubber band around the charging handle and trigger is not. In the first instance, the rubber band is a firing aid that helps manipulate the trigger to fire it faster than a human can squeeze. In the second scenario the bolt handle is actuating the rubber band's elasticity and the rubber band automatic engages the trigger and in definition is an auto sear. Even though the dowel is actuating the trigger and not your finger; your hand requires you to put force against the gun for every shot fired - it's not automatic. This is why those bump firing stocks for the Ruger 10/22 were first ruled as burst activators, but later the BATFE changed their minds and said they were machine guns because the action was designed in a way that firing was automatic once the trigger was pressed. It was a fine line with that product, but with the dowel style devices it's clear and straight forward.
Now in California though, we have laws against burst activators and the likes. So the dowel device, although not an machine gun by the BATFE is illegal to own and use in California. There is nothing against using a technique where your hand pulls the trigger however.
I'd imagine the trick with Glocks would be simple; most likely a match 3.5 trigger, a low grasp that allows the glock to rock backwards under recoil, using less than a full grip to allow the gun to recoil in a circular motion instead of a straight backwar motion, and using your lower fingers to put enough pressure against the bottom of the mag well to roll it forward after recoil without limiting it's rocking motion. More difficult to explain than do, and even harder to master.quemadmodum gladius neminem occidit, occidentis telum est. - Lucius Annaeus

HAHAHAH man I need to have a smithy work on a revolver that is smooth like that. That is like the old westerns where the cowboy shoots so fast and accurate it scares the bg to run away. It's probably been posted here before but I'd rather see a gentleman such as this man than a spray and pray dude carrying a board.
