It is a CA legal off-Roster handgun.
It is off-Roster because it is made in the USA.
The Glock on-Roster listings only apply to Austrian made Glock pistols and does not apply to Glock pistols made somewhere else.
This is because CA DOJ considers Glock (USA) to be a different manufacturer than Glock (Austria), which means the Glock USA pistols need to have a CLI and MDM in order to be eligible for listing on-Roster.
