    Single stack magazine Glock

Glock has already brought to the public the Glock 36 but i wonder when they will introduce single stack glocks in other calibers. Those of us that limited to 10 or less rounds per magazine or those that have a CCW would look into this

I would buy one for sure if they came out with it!
But I think they just dont have such a huge market for it...

They don't really need to, but pressure from the market may dictate it.

      They've already got subcompact models.

True but thin is better for subcompacts.

It reaches a point where you're compromising too much.

The new ultrasubcompact craze seems like people don't want to make compromises with their fashion or wardrobes, they'd rather make compromises with the tool they may one day use to save their lives.

They should but they don't really need to. They have a lock on the market and unless their QC goes out the window they will have a lock on the market for a very long time to come.

If the M&P shield takes off like I think it will then Glock might just make a single stack in 9mm/40/etc. But, who knows.

I would love to have a single stack 9mm Glock.

I believe that a single stack Glock 9mm on a G19 size frame would have a huge market without compromising the guns performance.

They should make a steel or aluminum frame for my 19

                    Nevermind, they already exist.

A single stack AL frame 9mm compact glock sounds a lot like a Sig P239 in DAK.

I always thought that Glock pretty much has it all covered with the current lineup, but Springfield just introduced the XDs .45 single stack pistol, and S&W has the Shield single stacker take on the M&P. Then there's Kahr that seems to be doing pretty well.

Don't know if Glock will respond, but a single stack version of the 26/27 and 19/23 would be pretty cool. We already have the G36, so why not?

Not really like a Sig at all.

If there was a 10 round slim grip Glock with the length of a 19, I would definitely buy it.

A sig P239 is nothing like a Glock.

Not withstanding that the GLOCK 19 slide is thin already. Perhaps they could slim the slide down a little bit. Consider that the frame is only slightly larger than the slide width. hmmm...might work but the weapon would have radical changes.
