hi all..

quick question, and hopefully, someone has the answer.. I know that I can't buy a SA XDM from a licensed dealer in California, but I have a friend that lives in Colorado and is willing to sell me her XDM..

Can this transaction be made? Thanks in advanced..

The only way she could sell it to you straight up is if she is a California resident (assuming you are a CA resident as well). Then you could do a PPT. Your other option is to send it to a FFL who can do a SSE conversion. Check the sticky at the top of the page to learn more about single shot exemption (SSE)
