Brand new Colt/SA 1911's for under $1,000

What models and where can I get them? I'm actually looking for my cousin because he wants either of these brands.

Your best bet would be the Colt 01991. The lowest I've seen it is $799.

I love my O1991. Very basic, original looking blued 1911. I love it, I wanted a bare bones 1911 and this fits the bill perfectly. Lately they seem to be up in the $900 range though. I picked mine up last November for $700.

A step up is the XSE, I love mine. It was annoying how last year they advertised it with the beavertail and they all came with the goddamn duckbil

Colt's XSE and Rail Gun are really nice pistols, and Springfield's Range Officer and Operator are great as well.
