Broken 39-2 follower replacement?

I have a S&W Model 39-2 with a broken plastic magazine follower. Any ideas about possible replacement sources or possabilites? What say you? Thanks...

I discovered with my 52-2 that the newer magazines use plastic followers while the older mags use metal followers. I was very disappointed.

Try Gun Parts Corp (aka Numrich).

They show sold-out for the 39-2 follower, however I think you can use the follower from the newer 3913, since the M39-2 magazines also fit the 3913/3914 series.

You can also call them toll-free at 866-686-7424 and ask them if they know what other followers work as a replacement. They're usually very helpful and friendly.
