(A) A threaded barrel, capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or silencer.
(B) A second handgrip.
(C) A shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel that allows the bearer to fire the weapon without burning his or her hand, except a slide that encloses the barrel.

When these were discussed at rimfirecentral the other week... I knew they wouldn't make it into CA.
Not that I would get one. But I should be able to if I wanted. Thom Jefferson and John Adams would've let me. Fabian Nunez won't, tho. He has a smarter, more progressive idea of what California, then America should look like. Bless his little heart.

We can have the full size rifle 10/22 but not the pistol version. Maybe if Ruger comes up with a bullet button it will pass. Somehow, I'm wondering why did I come back to Cali?
