Apparently the problems with the G19 and ejecting/jamming/hitting shooter in the face is common on newer G19's. I'm posting this to share my experience. You take responsibility for yourself and everyone around you when you modify your pistol. Don't blame me for anything.

#2 extractor ( number 2 found on the end of the cylindrical portion of the extractor )
300 rounds Winchester white box 115gr
30 rounds Hornady critical defense JHP 115gr
*1 Case jammed in ejection port 180 degrees ( primer facing forward )
*Numerous cases hitting shooter in the head/face
*Ejection trajectory between 3:00 and 6:00 including some instances of ejecting to the left
*Numerous ejections leaving the case landing litterally inches from the pistol, landing on the shooting table
*Brass marks all over the ejection port, front, left and right.
After reading many forums the problem is quite wide spread and seems to have affected lots of pistols.
I recently read a post on a message board about the Gen 3 G19 and ejection issues where the poster measured the clearance between the breech face and the extractor claw. They found the clearance on the new G19 to be much greater than on previous G19's, the older G19's were functioning flawlessly.
Looking closely at the clearance on this pistol and how the case is held in place by the extractor it seems the case is held quite loosely. Combine this with the fact that Glock does not machine a cut-out on the opposide side of the breech pocket from the extractor to hold the case in the appropriate position like many other pistols have, the shell can move easily during extraction causing the ejector to hit a different spot on the case and throw the case in an unpredictable manner.
This is a simple step that could be included in the machining process and would eliminate any unpredictable ejection issues and stop the stovepipe problem that many of their pistols seems to have lately.
Unfortunately, I do not have an extractor from an older Generation Glock 19. I do however have an extractor from a G30. Visually, the extractor appears to be NEARLY dimensionally identical to the extractor from my G19.
After swapping the extractor from the G30 into the G19 and inserting a spent case into the breech it was easy to see that the case had very little play between the breech face and the extractor claw. The tension on the extractor with the G19 spring assembly felt similar to the original tension. The case seemed to move quite freely in the extractor yet tight enough to create the right amount of drag.
Fast forward to the range.
After firing a few hundred rounds from the G19 with the G30 extractor installed the gun functioned almost flawlessly. There were two instances where a case was ejected above the shooters head but flew far above and landed far behind.
All other cases ejected between 4:00 and 5:00, at equal height and equal distance.
Another thing to notice was that the brass marks that were present on the slide in the front, right and left area of the ejection port were not present. No brass contaced the ejection port after switching extractors.
After watching some high speed video of this symptom on YouTube I fouind it easy to accept that the ejection/jamming problems were caused by the cases bouncing around in the ejection port. Since the rounds appear to clear the ejection port without contact, the symptom in my pistol is gone.
I am not sure what the exact cause of the extraction/ejection problems are, but switching the G19 extractor in my pistol with the extractor from the G30 has eliminated the problems I have been having.
Surprisingly there have been no feeding issues after hundreds of rounds of Winchester white box 115gr and the ejection/jamming issue has been eliminated, I plan on leaving this extractor in place until the exact cause is determined and I can decide how to then proceed. Until then, my pistol works.
The first video you can see the cases flying all over the place with a couple at the end landing on the shooters head. The second video is dark, but you can see the cases ejecting between 4 and 5 consistently.
