    Am I the only one...

Who has more than one set of grips for just one 1911? I only have one 1911, but I have 4 sets of grips for them and that's including the stock grips so I guess you could say 3 after market grips.

Not for a 1911, but my wife says K frame S&Ws are like Barbie dolls since I have so many different grips, holsters, and other accessories for three guns.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

I only have 2 sets, the wood stock grips and ergos(on it now). Eventually plan to get more, though.
The actual value of above $.02 is less than $.01 after taxes.

Yep, I change stocks like underwear. Each week I'll put on different ones

But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself...A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."......Cicero

Grips are like holsters; you keep buying more until you find the perfect set. I think it's normal to have a box full of each. You can always resell them.

It's handy to keep an extra set up grip screws and bushings especially if you are changing grips often.

The only reason I have more than one pair is because I tried many before I found the right ones.
