    Glock 40 or 45?

I'm going to buy a Glock in the near future and am trying to decide between a model 23 .40 cal or a model 21 .45 auto. I'm won't do a lot of shooting with it as I spend 99% of my shooting time on the skeet range. I want a good, dependable pistol for home defense, carrying with me when I'm flyfishing the back country in the Sierras and for killing zombies when the apocalypse comes. I like that the .40 cal is a little smaller, but I'm sure the .45 auto has more knockdown / stopping power. based on these two choices, which one do you guys think is the better option?

This is too easy. If you aren't going to do much shooting but want something for woods protection the g29 in 10mm is what you are looking for. Lighter than the 21 and way more "knockdown" power.

I have not tried the short frame models but the full size .45 Glock was just too fat for my hand. I was torn between a full size .40 and .45. Due to size, ammo availability and cost I went with the Glock 22 in .40 and have no regrets or caliber envy. I love the gun and the round.

Glock20 or 29. If you wont be shooting a lot ammo cost is irrelevant so get the glock with the most stopping power.
