Not a whole lot to share as I've only had it for 24 and have not shot it yet. First things first.....

My first impressions were mixed with love and hate. First the good.
1. The fit in the hand is amazing
2. The finish is outstanding
3. It points very naturally
4. The lockup is more solid than any other pistol I have owned
5. Alloy is surprisingly tough. I was a little worried about it but it is very light yet extremely strong.
The bad:
1. Trigger out of the box feels like its packed with gravel. Heavy, gritty, and long.
2. The PCR trigger serrations are sharp as hell. Why would CZ even make these?
3. I don't like the gray barrel finish (I took care of that)
4. Crappy over spray of the poly coat. In the picture below you can see it on the rails. This spray is NOT thin either. Its thick globs. It did not make contact with the slide but it just look like crap. BEHOLD!

Now to the upgrades. First was the barrel gray color, it just looks ugly to me. Polished it off then used Blue Wonder to turn it black. Used about 15 coats to get it super dark. You can see it in the first picture. Second change was the trigger. Feels like 20 razor blades all lined up. Took a file to it and only left a very slight amount of serrations. It offers some grip without hurting your finger. 3rd mod was the gritty trigger pull. Took the gun 100% apart and polished everything that moved. Made a huge difference and the pull is now smooth. 4th mod was the hammer hook. Too much IMO making for a long creep before a brake. Also the angle is too sharp and not parallel with the sear. Used my sharpening stones to cut the hook by 50% and set the correct angle. Its now a crisp brake. The hammer mainspring was too long making it super heavy. I cut 4 rings off and it made a big difference.
Words of warning this is not a simple pistol to rebuild if fully stripped. I was feeling manly and decided to strip the fire control cage. What a PITA to get back together. FYI, the mainspring plug pin makes a great slave pin. Just remember that the cage pin only goes one way. The trigger pin is also a PITA to get out and mine is basically ruined. It will work but its not staked and spins in place. Not a problem since I have a CGW pin in route. This was a planned upgrade from the beginning. Last upgrade is night sights. I'm not buying them I'm making them. The PCR rear sight is like a backwards Novac. My solution is to just buy the tritium vials and install them into the stock sights. I'll start work on that when they come in.
Hopefully I can make it out to the range this weekend.
