    CZ75B magazines

I have a CZ75B SA 9mm. Since I'm moving to CA soon, I wanted to see if there's a way to disassemble the mags in order to convert them to 10rd capacity, and if there are commercial mag blocks available. Or, do I have to just break down and spend the $ on new 10rd mags?

    Thanks.

I would just disassemble them and pick up a few 10 rd mags. That way you will still have the normal capacity mags if you ever leave the state again.

Since cz factory mags run about $40 or so you could just take your factory mags apart before you get here. Buy some mec-gar mags before you move. They run a little over $20 and convert those to ten rounders. You can also watch ebay and the czforum for deals on 10 round factory mags.

This, and commercial mag blocks are not available.

Stupid question....if a magazine is listed for the CZ 75, is there a difference from that working with the CZ 75B model?

Here's some for a really good price: http://www.triplek.com/Products/id/38/grp/412/prd/633/

The 75 models I believe will not work on pre B guns.

I could be wrong and I'd wait for a second opinion.

Just remember it has to be permanent.

You mean the pre B mags become fixed when used in post mag well guns?

If so, new to me and great to know.

These are 10rd mags for $30, I just want to make sure they'll work with my 75b.

Pre B mags will work in B guns but not always visa versa. I have some pre B mags and they are slightly narrower at the top. As for triple K mags those are the bottom of the barrel. Baby eagle mags will work in a 75b. They feed fine but you might have to take a little off the slide stop so the rounds don't bump it up. Those mags are $30 http://www.magnumresearch.com/Expand...uctCode=MAG910

Good info. I'd rather not take any chances just to save $10, thanks for the advice.
